Smart Building Services:

1.  Provide Building Constant Commissioning reporting services enabled through Novosee™ IoT sensor array deployment.

This would include delivery of

• Summary area comfort reports (typically monthly) to ensure ongoing proper levels of client comfort satisfaction for their employee’s working environments

• Summary compliance reports for temperature regulated environments, like refrigeration storage spaces, or curatorial spaces like museums, requiring ongoing environmental area validation

2. Provide project management support of future or current Smart Building retrofits including defining and implementing underlying building data integration architecture.

3.   Provide assistance in development of LEED and BREAM building certification readiness programs.
